Paperomat renders documents from templates you author and data you send, and delivers the result to you or to cloud storage you own. It is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye. Using it means accepting these terms.
Paperomat is currently in private beta. During the beta the service is free, accounts are by invitation, and there is no service level commitment. Features may change, and we may contact you about your usage because the point of a beta is to find out what breaks. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging anyone.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with your API keys. Keep them secret; a key can be revoked and replaced at any time from the application. Tell us promptly if you believe a key or account has been compromised.
Your templates and the data you send remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your templates, to render them, and to deliver the result where you have told us to. You confirm you have the right to process the data you send, including personal data belonging to your own customers.

Each plan includes a number of documents per month. Documents beyond that are charged at the published rate rather than refused, except on the Free plan, which stops at its limit so that a free account can never run up a bill. Concurrency figures are limits rather than reservations: requests above them are queued briefly, not rejected.
When paid plans begin, payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. See Refunds.
We aim for high availability but do not promise it during the beta. Paid plans carry no contractual uptime commitment unless one is agreed in writing, which is what the Enterprise reserved-capacity arrangement is for.
You can export every template and partial as ordinary files at any time, without asking us and without a proprietary format in the way. If you close your account we delete your templates and account data within 30 days.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for checking that the documents you generate are correct. A rendering engine does what your template tells it to.
You may stop using Paperomat and close your account at any time. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand.
